What it is
STARR is a Single Treatment ACL Regenerative Repair technique developed at London Cartilage Clinic. It applies augmented-repair principles to the anterior cruciate ligament so that, where the injury pattern supports it, the native ligament can be preserved and augmented rather than reconstructed.
